Maris Otter malt
As one of the UK’s classic barley varieties, Maris Otter Malts are derived from a variety that has been enjoyed by the world’s best brewers for over 50 years. Grown predominantly in English fields, Maris Otter is one of the first choices for brewers looking to brew a traditional British ale.
Synonymous with biscuity notes Maris Otter imparts sweet and flavourful characteristics to Best Ale type beers and forms the majority of the grist for typical UK pale ale style beers.
